Poor Ry, Poor ME

This guy is such a cutie!

Good thing for him because he is not a very happy guy most of the time. His tummy does not feel good. He has reflux. He cannot digest milk and milk products and I cannot get him to drink from a bottle (so I am not consuming milk products either). He has been sick for a long time and his breathing sounds horrible. Today I felt a tooth coming through his gums. I hold him all day long except for a few short naps. I will say that I have lost a bunch of weight and I have really strong arms though! Most people want their baby to stay a baby- not me!

Ry had his first big bath. He liked it until he got cold.

Tooth

Braden lost a tooth!!!!!!!! Check it out. He went to bed and then got up (which is a big No-No at our house!) His tooth was ready to come out. So I (yep me) reached in and pulled it right out. Luckily I did not have to break any roots because it was only stuck in his gums. The tooth was so tiny.

Camera Tricks

I wanted to see what my camera could do and found the black and white and sepia settings. The kids are looking cute! Ry is getting better at sitting up. Kait's favorite saying is yep-e-do. Braden has a loose tooth. I find myself telling him to get his hands out of his mouth- he bites his nails- but he is only wiggling his tooth. This is still a lot of germs! Yuck!!

Talents

I was listening to Kaitlin sing today and realized she is a good singer. She can sing a song exactly as she hears it. What a talent! I tried to get a video but she was singing her own versions. Nevertheless, it made me think about talents. I was watching a show today that is trying to find the best dancers who can sing, and singers who can dance. It was fun entertainment and I like the show (minus the skimpy outfits). However, what does it get someone to win? Fame? A self-centered life? Selfish concerns about being the best and being a star. I think the Lord gave us talents for an entirely different purpose. Not selfishness. Rather to help other people and help His works go forward. That said I do enjoy music so I added some that I enjoy! Oh and I found a clip of Kait singing to her own tune!

Church Christmas Party

I was in charge of our ward Christmas party! It was a lot of fun and a lot of food! Kait was too scared to sit on Santa's lap. Ry was the last one and I think Santa had had enough!!

Kait's Winter Program

Kait was darling at her program! Unfortunately I let her take a purse to school that day and she played with it the entire show. My camera battery died too! Sad day.

Braden's Winter Program
