and more SNOW

I am very ready to have the snow gone as I just refuse to drive it it. I love my van way too much and I like it in one piece! Luckily Jake likes to drive in it, although he prefers the Jeep since the van has an automatic correcting system that locks up the tires and brakes as it senses they are needed when slipping. This is all beside the point. The point is that with all of this snow there was enough to build a SNOW FORT!

Snow Day

Foot prints in the snow...

Jake's Creations

Jake decided he wanted to dip things in white chocolate! I only caught a picture of the cherries. He also did pretzels. I am addicted to both! Yum!

Book club

We had a cookie exchange at book club this month! What fun!
T tried ranch and Loved it!

Ward Christmas Party

Let me out! I put Ry in his highchair (it straps to a chair) so we wouldn't have to hold him but he wanted out! Santa was a hit- although Kait would not sit by herself. The kids also made graham cracker gingerbread houses. Over 150 people came and we only set up for 120! The food was delicious although we almost did not have enough! Another activity planned and done...

Chicken Dance

Do the chicken dance!

Testimony

B decided on Saturday that he wanted to give his testimony on Sunday since it was fast Sunday. He was nervous so Jake told him he could write down what he wanted to say and then read it. B liked this idea since then he didn't have to look at all the people looking at him! B doesn't even like to give a small part for the primary program because it scares him, so I wondered if he would really get up there! He did! He also whispered in Kait's ear and helped her give a short testimony also! I took a picture of his writing since it was so great! After he was done he said, "That was fun!" I am glad it was a positive experience for him!!
Translation: I want to bear my testimony about Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ died for us and he was resurrected. A lot of people were hungry and he fed them fish, bread. And the Book of Mormon is real. Joseph Smith was a Prophet. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
