Allie Update

I was trying to show Allie getting older - to me she looks pretty much the same from the first to last picture. Well she is much bigger and longer! I have only great things to say about Allie. She is happy and so sweet all of the time. She can sit up for the most part and she is curious about everything. She loves passing toys back and forth from one hand to the other. She is very very loved by her siblings. Ryan loves her up the most- always wanting to kiss on her or hold her hand. We are really enjoying her as a baby. Every minute.

The Pumpkin Party (flashback)

Ryan!

The biggest pumpkin I could ever carry!

That was the rule. If you could carry it you could keep it.

7yhffggggt`fu`yfy`g`f`g``gt```t```````````gt`gtf``tg`rft - Ryan wanted a turn to type...and was very patient because Kait and B take quite a long time!

I just love my new look in a very special way.
We are late in posting some pumpkin pictures for sure... but the kids wanted some more posting practice! For Thanksgiving we went to Ocean Shores, WA with my family and my camera disappeared at the hotel... first they said they found it and then somehow they didn't really have it. SO SAD. So I don't have any personal pictures from Thanksgiving or Christmas... sigh. Good news is I was given (Thanks!) a camera. :)

Snuggy in la casa

Snuggy inside while watching Ponyo!

Kait says the snow is really really really really really really really pretty.

Snow day.
About two weeks ago we had some crazy snow weather! The kids missed four days of school and it was freezing cold for days. The kids even got tired of going out to play and preferred to stay inside instead. We ended up with around two feet of the cold, wet snow. I'm SO happy it melted away!

You Lookin' at ME?

Well are you?

So sorry it has been so long since I have blogged. I'm showing the kids how it is done today. They are begging me to write. I guess we will soon see what they would like to blog about...

He Shoots

He Scores!

Soccer season has offically begun!

Hair Cut

KK lost her other bottom tooth!

and she looked like this (she looks a little country singer in this one to me)
and this
until we did THIS

Love it!!!!! and so does she! and she brushes it all on her own!

I could probably write an entire novel on the things KK does. She certainly thinks that she doesn't have to follow the rules. They must not be made for her. And any amount of punishment doesn't work either. I finally just think that she is a "curious cat" type. She just can't stop herself from exploring the unexplored. I could post everyday about the escapade of the morning usually while mom is still sleeping, but it isn't really that funny to me. But in hoping someone has some parenting advice I think I may explain a bit: she eats anything but cereal for breakfast (which is allowed)- Cheetos, ice cream, chocolate milk or lemonade or cinnamon toast made by her, cookies, pudding, even cheese... in my front room instead of at the table (explains the chocolate stains and the syrup spots there and the shredded cheese down the couch and the sugar all over the kitchen) and there is currently a sign on the front door that reads many many times over in her handwriting "I will not go out front without an adult" and I make sure and put anything I don't want her to go through away in my room such as my purse. There are a few stories of Jake that sound quite similar- like when he went door to door in his apartment building with a notebook asking for the neighbors phone numbers... I'm hoping she grows out of this fast!
