A Mini-Jake

Maybe it is just me but I think Ry sure looks a lot like Jake in this picture! Ry's favorite thing is to sleep next to someone!

Seven

Again I am late posting... B's 7th Birthday!! He received a basketball hoop from us and Dad and B had a fun time putting it together and then playing! I tried to WOW everyone with my cake making skills- it is a skateboard in case you cannot tell- but the frosting was sliding off the cake. The family came up and we had a yummy lunch of meatball sub sandwiches.

Watch Out!

Ouch! B had a little run in with a door at the church and the door won. His lip was cracked wide open and bleeding everywhere. I called to see if he would need stitches and found out that the do not stitch the lip! There are too many nerve endings and it is too painful! We just had to have him keep his mouth shut for 24 hours - as much as possible anyway!

Teeth!

TEETH! Ry got his two front teeth at the same time B did! Kait just wishes hers were loose so the tooth fairy would come to her! Ry is now getting four top teeth as well and is very miserable!

Belated Snow

Snow! Ok I am behind on blogging and I could not resist a few snow pictures! (They are from early February). Here is Kait doing her favorite thing: eating the snow! B's snowman looks just like him! and Yes it is fun to be on the trampoline in the snow too!

So Proud

I am so proud- I said no to the Kirby guys who wanted to clean my carpet for free. They cannot get me twice!

I am so proud- Ry drank from a bottle!! It only took one week to get him to drink from a sippy cup and two weeks for him to take a bottle.

I am so proud- my house is a wreck and I do not even have any frantic desire to clean everything in sight.

I am so proud- by 7:30 all kids were in bed even with Jake gone building a deck for free tonight.

Poor Ry, Poor ME

This guy is such a cutie!

Good thing for him because he is not a very happy guy most of the time. His tummy does not feel good. He has reflux. He cannot digest milk and milk products and I cannot get him to drink from a bottle (so I am not consuming milk products either). He has been sick for a long time and his breathing sounds horrible. Today I felt a tooth coming through his gums. I hold him all day long except for a few short naps. I will say that I have lost a bunch of weight and I have really strong arms though! Most people want their baby to stay a baby- not me!

Ry had his first big bath. He liked it until he got cold.

Tooth

Braden lost a tooth!!!!!!!! Check it out. He went to bed and then got up (which is a big No-No at our house!) His tooth was ready to come out. So I (yep me) reached in and pulled it right out. Luckily I did not have to break any roots because it was only stuck in his gums. The tooth was so tiny.
